What each piece is for
Thumbs don't need the same thing every day. This is how knitters and crocheters tend to use the set.
Most people wear the stabilisers while working, switch to the brace for longer or harder sessions, keep the wrist wrap for evenings, and use the strengthening set and exercises on the days between.

The brace, wrist wrap and finger splints are adjustable and fit most hands.
On the border between two sizes? Choose the smaller one. A snug fit at the base of the thumb gives the best support, and the fabric gives a little as it settles in.
The stabilisers and brace are made from a blend of synthetic materials: polyester fibre, nylon, spandex, and a foam insert. The wrist wrap uses a copper-infused nylon and spandex knit.
